This website is a platform for my professional services as a consultant criminal defence solicitor. I am not a law firm, a sole practice, or a legal entity. I do not operate a client account and am not authorised by the SRA to conduct litigation or manage client matters in my own name.
I provide my legal expertise and representation exclusively on a consultancy basis to
established, fully-insured law firms in the North West of England that are authorised and regulated by the SRA.
By entering your details in the form below you consent to me referring the matter to
Tuckers Solicitors who are an authorised and regulated firm of Solicitors. Your retainer will be with Tuckers Solicitors but JR Criminal Defence will receive 70% of any fees charged.

Your Legal Relationship
Should you choose to instruct me:

Your case will be formally accepted and managed by Tuckers Solicitors.

You will receive a client care letter, terms of business, and all regulatory information directly from Tuckers Solicitors.

Your solicitor-client relationship and contract for legal services will be with that firm, not with me as an individual.

That firm's professional indemnity insurance will cover all work conducted on your case.
This operational model ensures that you receive the highest standard of legal expertise combined with the full regulatory protection, insurance, and administrative support of an established SRA-regulated practice.
